Dispatch times vary, some pieces are made and ready to ship, others are handmade to order and take a little longer while they are crafted to your size. Exact dispatch times are specified on each product listing. Below is a guide to the three different dispatch time categories.

Ready made sea glass jewellery - up to 3 working days

Made to order silver jewellery - up to 5 working days

Custom made bespoke jewellery - up to 10 working days

UK 1st class - Free

UK Next day tracked & signed - £6

 

International delivery - £10

Europe - 3-5 working days 

Rest of the world - 5-7 working days

*customers are responsible for customs & duty

charges that may apply to overseas orders.

 Returns 

​

Get in touch via the contact page within 14 working days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Customers are to cover the return postage cost and a refund will be issued upon receiving the returned items. 

​

Custom made bespoke designs can not be returned.

For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
